The Olad was hauled out of the water today, marking the end of the 2023 Sailing Season! This season posed some challenges with lots of rain and fog, but we made the most of the sunny days! Thanks to those who joined us on the bay for adventurous afternoon sails, relaxing sunset cruises, lobster bakes, and fireworks sails. We are incredibly thankful to our amazing staff that made all of this possible!
This time of year is always bittersweet as we put the boats to bed for winter and look back on the sailing season. We'll miss summer sailing on Penobscot Bay, but we're looking forward to some quiet time, and getting back into some of our favorite winter activities!
